As you are aware, effective July 1, 2005 all chief school administrators are required to submit to NJASA a professional growth plan or PGP based on their personal assessment of their performance relative to the New Jersey Professional Standards for School Leaders and the peer review of at least three of their colleagues.
NJASA stands ready to assist you in any technical support that you may need in developing your PGP.
In this section under "PGP Forms" you will find the recommended materials for using as is or for modifying to complete the submission requirement. Additional copies of these materials, along with other options, are available on the DOE’s website. Click here to be linked to the Department site. Please complete your PGP and submit it to NJASA. NJASA is providing this as a free member service.
